We have a no return, only exchange policy. Exchanges are only applicable if the product is defective or if you have a size issue. In case of a sizing issue, exchanges will be accepted only for major sizing defects. Please review our size chart carefully before placing your order. If you receive an item drastically different from the size ordered, contact our customer support at +91 8879817990 within 3 days of receiving your order.
Items must be returned in their original condition, with tags attached and in the original packaging. For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept exchanges for items that have been worn, washed, or altered in any way. Items marked as final sale are not eligible for exchange.
Once we receive the returned item, it will be inspected and approved requests will be issued in the form of store credit only, which can be used for an exchange, within 5 business days. No cash refunds will be provided.
Our team will guide you through the process. Please note that shipping costs for exchanges are the customer’s responsibility. If there is any delay in our response, your request will still be considered based on the date you contacted us.
