Shipping policy

We ship orders across locations, and shipping charges will be applicable based on wherever you would like your order delivered. Shipping within Maharashtra is ₹99, and outside the state is ₹159. Final shipping costs may vary depending on the destination and will be added at checkout. Orders are usually processed and shipped within 2–3 business days after you place your order. Once your order is dispatched, tracking details will be shared with you.
Note: If there is any issue with the delivery of your order (for example, the tracking link shows “delivered” but the parcel has not reached you), please contact us within 7 days. We can only assist with tracking or delivery concerns within seven days of the marked delivery date. After that, we may not be able to help further.
Return to Origin (RTO) shipments will be chargeable. In cases where an order is undelivered due to reasons such as incorrect or incomplete address, customer unavailability, or refusal to accept the order, the shipment will be returned back to us. The customer will be responsible for the RTO charges, which include both forward and return shipping costs. If you wish to have the order re-shipped, additional shipping charges will apply, and the order will only be re-dispatched once these charges are cleared.
